The Blend collection

The BLEND sideboard for Luis Silva explores geometry as a formal language, striking a balance between full and empty spaces. It draws inspiration from a reimagined Art Nouveau, expressed through a contemporary approach that combines clean lines with functional detailing. Its fluid, controlled silhouette makes it a bold piece for interiors that are both graphic and warm. The design, suggestive rather than prescriptive, guides use without imposing it.

A subtle and rhythmic façade

BLEND is defined by the use of the circle as a guiding form: each handle is integrated into a circular shape, where function emerges from design. This principle creates a façade that is subtle yet rhythmic. The contrast between solid and open spaces enhances the dynamic feel of the piece, through a carefully mastered sense of symmetry. The slender, tubular metal legs provide a visual lightness, giving the impression that the piece almost floats. Volumes are precisely calibrated, striking a balance between decorative expression and functional purpose.

Wood at the core of the design

Wood, the primary material of the model, is available in natural or stained finishes depending on the version. It brings warmth to the piece while showcasing the texture of the material. Metallic elements — circular handles and tubular legs — offer a contemporary counterpoint, in matte or sandblasted black finishes. The interplay of materials enriches the reading of the piece, blending authenticity with modernity.
